This newly released reader integrates Settler Technology’s well-developed 2.4G long range reader and NFC feature into one multi feature reader. This reader also reads MIFARE card. It is so versatile that it can be used almost anywhere for access control. The reader will exchange information with a NFC-enabled smart phone when in close proximity to each other. On the receiving end, the reader can grant or deny an entry access. On the transmitting end, the reader can send specific notifications or messages to the smart phone to be displayed on the screen. This additional NFC feature raises the bar in terms of ease of use, security, and fashion of an ordinary card reader.
